About Me
- I am a Usui Reiki Master and Instructor, an Integrated Energy Therapy ® (IET) Master and Instructor and Karuna Reiki Master Instructor . I am also a Certified Angel Practitioner ® trained by Charles Virtue and Tina Marie Daly and have completed the Way of the Shaman Workshop with Michael Harner. I have been interested in spirituality from a young age. As a young child, I was highly empathic, clairsentient and claircognizant, sensing what many people around her were feeling or thinking. This gift initially posed a challenge because it was difficult to distinguish my own emotions and feelings from those of people around me. However, after many years of soul searching and various spiritual training, I have learned to use this gift along with various energy healing techniques to help clients and students identify self-limiting emotions and beliefs in an effort to heal old wounds and live a life of health, joy and abundance.
- It is my belief that Western medicine relies mainly on treating symptoms of disease whereas energy healing goes to the root of the issue and heals the trapped emotion, trauma, stress or thought patterns which has initially caused the imbalance of the flow of the life force energy or chi in the body. When used in conjunction with Western medicine, the healing of disease not only speeds up, but allows the individual to heal on a cellular level. After working many years in the corporate arena, I finally put my healing abilities to work full time and started Energy Healing by Elham.
